# The Project Brief
You are assigned a Project Manager- who coordinates the end to end process. Our development Team liaises with the Customer usually by phone/Skype and/or email. This is to learn more about your business, your expectations and commercial objectives to formulate the “specification”. This detail forms the foundation of planning, scheduling, build costing and system deliverables.
# Design Analysis
We take this information and translate it into a draft build plan, which outlines the key objectives, project scope, graphic and textual content of the web system. This translates into a detailed analysis document, which defines the core objectives, detail of the content and scope of the project.
# Design & Prototyping Stage
Using our analysis as the foundation; a range of design drafts are created with a focus on structural and visual design and web architecture; e.g. web2.0 or web3.0, including various modules such as: online shop, CMS, Banners, Links, Tabs, Animation, 3D etc. From the build specification a draft design is created for deployment on a Customer dedicated “build server” with access provided to the Customer to review and contribute input into the refinement stage, which leads on to a formal build process.
# The Build
Once the prototyping is signed off by our Customer; our Development Team goes to work to construct the blueprint and a “beta build” with fully functional systems in place. During this stage of development we encourage our customers to monitor and contribute to the process to ensure we are on track and all is to expectations.

Testing
Depending on the nature of the project, the content is subjected to extensive checking and testing internally by our Testing Team before delivery to the Customer of the Beta version of the project.
Final Delivery
After checking the BETA version by client we do the changes, if needed anything as per client. If everything is ok according to the client, we upload the project to client server finally.
